Former session musician Duncan McKenzie, now regarded as one of the finest acoustic guitarists on the circuit, will be playing at the Club on Saturday, February 25.

 For some years he played in a duo with guitar legend Big Jim Sullivan and went on to pursue his career as a solo performer. He made a name as a versatile session musician playing in major studios including the famous Abbey Road.

He secured a major recording deal with EMI and went on to write for radio, television and films including the Song “To All Of You Out There” taken on by Radio Luxembourg to close the show every night for eight years. Mckenzie plays major festivals, concerts and theatres throughout Europe, and now makes a return to the Club.

Mark Wright as Elvis On My Mind has toured nationwide with shows in Liverpool, Manchester, London, Blackpool and, most notably, a three-month residency at Europe’s largest casino complex at the ‘Star City Vegas Showbar’.

A performer and songwriter in his own right, Mark recorded at the legendary Sun Studio in Memphis, Tennessee in 2004. Alongside top Memphis session musicians he recorded songs by Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, Bruce Springsteen and Mark Knopfler as well as one of his own compositions.

As Elvis On My Mind, Mark has built a large following of fans who travel from far and wide to witness his recreation of The King of Rock and Roll. Mark continues to perform throughout the UK, both at private and public events, delighting Elvis fans of all ages.

Featuring songs from all areas of Elvis’ career you can expect to hear all the hits, see all the moves and have all the memories come flooding back. What could be better than spending a night with Elvis?
